The banned-breed list is identical for cabin and checked-hold: mastiffs (Dogo Argentino, Bandog, Boerboel, Fila Brasileiro, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff, Presa Canario, Tosa Inu), pit bulls (American Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Akita, Caucasian Shepherd Dog, Kangal/Anatolian Shepherd, Rottweiler, wolf-dog hybrids, Doberman Pinscher. Exempt from the ban: Bull Mastiff and Dogue de Bordeaux — they are carried. Separately, in the checked-baggage hold (cargo) French Bulldogs and American Bulldogs are ADDITIONALLY banned — direct quote: 'Bulldog (French Bulldogs are allowed in cabin only)', i.e. they may only fly in the cabin, not as checked baggage. There is no schema field for this 'banned in hold, allowed in cabin' combination (cargo_only_breeds is the inverse case), so it is kept in notes rather than banned_breeds to avoid blocking the cabin option. Brachycephalic breeds not on the lists above are not banned in either cabin or hold, but in the hold they require a signed liability waiver and a crate one size larger than standard.
