- The only exception is recognised assistance/guide dogs trained by an organisation accredited to ADI (Assistance Dogs International) or IGDF (International Guide Dog Federation).
- Such a dog travels free of charge on the cabin floor at the owner's feet, wearing an identifying jacket/harness.
- Emotional support animals (ESA) and ordinary pets are prohibited.
