Since 1 January 2020, snub-nosed (brachycephalic) dog and cat breeds are barred from the cargo hold (breathing-difficulty risk under stress/heat) — cabin carriage remains available under the standard conditions (up to 8 kg incl. carrier). Separately, fighting/dangerous dog breeds must travel ONLY in the cargo hold in special crates; exception: fighting-breed puppies aged 3-6 months, which can travel in the cabin in a standard carrier.
