- 1 cat or dog in the cabin (guide dogs included), total weight of animal plus carrier up to 8 kg, under the seat in front.
- Soft carrier recommended, up to 55x40x23 cm (A320); on Olympic Air's smaller aircraft (DH8-100/ATR) up to 40x25x25 cm.
- Brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breeds are accepted in the cabin within the 8 kg limit.

- Animals over 8 kg travel in the baggage hold (IATA rigid crate).
- There is NO 50 kg cap — the constraint is crate size: medium (8–25 kg) crate up to 71x52x55 cm; large (>25 kg) up to 105x75x79 cm; above 105x75x79 cm → cargo only (cargo department). (The previous 50 kg limit was the €50 price, not a weight.) Connecting time >3 h may lead to refusal of hold carriage.
- Brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breeds are NOT accepted in the hold/cargo.
- Hold unavailable on flights to/from Alexandria and Istanbul.
- To Dubai and Abu Dhabi pets are accepted neither in the cabin nor in the hold; to the United Kingdom only to London Heathrow and only as cargo, separately from the passenger.
- From the United Kingdom a pet may travel in the cabin or the hold, except when departing from London Gatwick — there, cargo only.
