Only breeds with an unambiguous breed_id in the reference catalogue were added to banned_breeds; the generic terms 'Mastiffs', 'Laikas', 'Ovcharkas', 'Wolfdogs' are noted in text without guessing a specific variant. Brachycephalic breeds are separately banned outright as a whole category.
