RusLine carries dogs and cats in the cabin up to 8 kg and in the hold up to 50 kg. The service is paid: 5000 RUB per flight. The pet's place is booked in advance — at least 48 h before departure.
Snub-nosed breeds are not accepted in the hold. Direct flights reach 2 countries, but flying there and taking a pet are different questions: the destination country has its own entry rules.

Verbatim: 'The airline does not accept for carriage as baggage (in the cabin or in the aircraft hold): ... brachycephalic-breed dogs (pugs, bulldogs, Pekingese, Shih Tzu, boxers, griffons, Boston terriers, Bordeaux mastiffs, Japanese Chin, etc.)' — followed by a clarification: 'ATTENTION: brachycephalic-breed dogs may only be carried in the aircraft cabin subject to general pet-carriage requirements. Carriage in the cargo hold is strictly prohibited.' Net result: brachycephalic breeds are banned from the hold, allowed in the cabin on general terms. Specific breeds from the list were not mapped to breed_id in data/reference/breeds.json — the general brachycephalic_cargo_banned flag covers the category; no explicit list entered to avoid inventing mappings. Also not accepted for carriage at all (not dog breeds, other animal categories): reptiles, rodents, arthropods, fish/aquatic animals, sick/experimental specimens — outside the schema's dog/cat scope, noted here for completeness.
RusLine flies direct to 2 countries according to the schedules. Flying there is not the same as taking a pet: the destination country has its own entry rules, and the carrier itself closes some routes to animals.
