- Scoot does not accept animals for transport (Conditions of Carriage, §6.2).
- Pets are NOT allowed in the cabin.
- The only exception is service dogs (guide/assistance dogs) for guests with visual or hearing impairment: permitted in the cabin with advance notice given at booking or at least 48 hours before departure, whichever is earlier.
- Absorbent mat(s), a suitable muzzle, and destination-country entry certificates are required; a Meet-And-Assist service is required (a fee may apply).
- Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are NOT accepted.
