Official page severstal-avia.ru/informacziya/pravila-perevozki/domashnie-zhivotnye/: an animal up to 8 kg with a carrier whose 3 combined dimensions (length+height+width) do not exceed 115 cm — cabin, service code 0MN, 2800 RUB (rate effective since 2026-03-05, updated vs older T2 recaps citing 1900 RUB).
The dimension limit is given as a combined sum rather than separate L/W/H, so it was not entered into carrier_max_cm (the schema field expects a concrete triple, not a sum) — the sum figure is kept in notes.
Notice is required no later than 48 hours before departure.
On a routed (non-direct) fare the fee is charged per segment.
Separately, outside the ordinary passenger pet: guide dog — free; service animal (code AA1) — 5000 RUB, but this is a special category, not an ordinary pet, so it was not entered into fees as a regular tariff.
