Quarantine on arrival is mandatory — 10 days; documents do not waive it. Order matters more than the list: the microchip goes in before the rabies vaccination, or the vaccination does not count.

Your pet should be identified with a 15-digit microchip compliant with ISO 11784 or Annex A of ISO 11785 prior to rabies vaccination.
