Myanmar sets its own requirements for bringing in dogs and cats. From any departure country your pet needs microchip, rabies vaccination, additional vaccination and veterinary health certificate. The rules are the same for dogs and cats.
Pets may not enter through just any airport: there is only one designated point. Order matters more than the list: the microchip goes in before the rabies vaccination, or the vaccination does not count.

Your veterinarian, a veterinary hospital, or a trained nurse should implant the microchip, and you should receive documentation on how to register it in the manufacturer's or your government's database.
All cats and dogs over three months of age must be vaccinated for rabies at least 21 days prior to entering Myanmar for primary vaccinations.
Dogs should be vaccinated against distemper, adenovirus type 2, hepatitis, leptospirosis, hepatitis (two types), parainfluenza virus type 2, and parvovirus type 2b.
Your pet's passport to enter Myanmar will include proof of rabies and other vaccinations and an international export health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian in the origination country.
The order matters more than the list: a step done too early has to be repeated. The intervals come from the same rule fields the engine uses for the earliest departure date.
