brachycephalic_cargo_banned=true does not reflect a distinct breed ban, but the fact that the cargo hold is closed to all animals whatsoever (see cargo.allowed=false) — brachycephalic breeds are trivially excluded along with everyone else. For the cabin, the official T0 tariff mentions neither a brachycephalic ban nor a named breed list. Third-party T2 aggregators (BringFido and others) claim a ban on Pit Bull, Boerboel ('Bower Bull'), Rottweiler and Tosa Inu, but this is not confirmed on Tunisair's official site/tariff — so banned_breeds is left empty rather than populated from the T2 source.
