TUI Airlines Belgium N.V. (TUI fly) carries dogs and cats in the cabin up to 8 kg and in the hold. The service is paid: 60 EUR per flight. The pet's place is booked in advance — at least 48 h before departure.

Snub-nosed breeds are not accepted in the hold. Direct flights reach 23 countries, but flying there and taking a pet are different questions: the destination country has its own entry rules.

The carrier's rule+

Closed waterproof bag/carrier, the animal must be able to stand fully upright, max 1 animal per passenger (per official Vervoersvoorwaarden §9.4.2 — max 3 animals per flight overall).
Minimum age 12 weeks, pregnant females not accepted.
On LONG-HAUL flights cabin transport is not available at all, except for assistance dogs — this is a flight-type/distance restriction, not specific route pairs, so it is not expressed via routes_only.
Partner carrier Freebird (Turkey) has no dedicated cargo hold for animals, so only small dogs/cats in the cabin are accepted there.
Guide dogs travel free in the cabin regardless of weight, on a leash.
An official completed Live Animal Acceptance Checklist in 2 copies is required at check-in.
For Turkey and Egypt a veterinary health certificate is mandatory regardless of transport method.
Animals are not allowed on the airport-hotel transfer.

The crate travels in an adapted, heated section of the hold.

Flat-nosed (brachycephalic) dogs and cats are NOT accepted in the cargo hold at all — 'TUI Airlines accepteert... geen honden of katten met een platte neus... in het laadruim' — for breathing-safety reasons.
