Dangerous breeds such as the American Bulldog, Bandog Tosa Inu, Caucasian Ovcharka, Dogue De Bordeaux, Doberman (Pinscher Doberman and all Doberman breeds), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Mastiff (except Bull Mastiff), wolf-dog hybrids, Anatolian Shepherd, Boerboel, and their crossbreeds cannot be transported as passenger baggage. Snub-nosed breeds — bulldogs, pugs, Persian cats and others — are not accepted in the hold, because they struggle to breathe in flight. A heat rule applies in summer: if the temperature anywhere on the route is above 27 °C, animals are not carried in the hold.
