The carrier's rule+
- In-cabin only (PETC): the official Eastar Jet Conditions of Carriage (Art. 9.7.6 'Pets Accompanying Passengers') permit dogs and cats only, in a closed carrier; the pet accompanies the passenger and may not occupy a separate seat.
- Advance request at booking is mandatory; without prior notification, transport may be refused.
- A fee is charged for the total weight of pet plus carrier.
- NOTE: the exact weight limit (~9 kg) and carrier dimensions (~55×40×23 cm) are NOT stated in the official COC — they are guidance from the call center/aggregator; Eastar's own carry-on limit in the COC is 55×40×20 cm (sum 115 cm).
