Some countries take no animals at all: United Kingdom and Hong Kong. A separate breed ban applies to 7 breeds. Direct flights reach 22 countries, but flying there and taking a pet are different questions: the destination country has its own entry rules.

Dangerous breeds and their crosses are not accepted all year round. Brachycephalic breeds — seasonally (see seasonal restrictions), to Southeast Asia all year round.
Brachycephalic dogs and cats are not accepted from 1 April to 30 November at Northern Hemisphere points and from 1 October to 31 March at Southern Hemisphere points; to Southeast Asia all year round. The airline publishes no temperature threshold.

United Kingdom: Pets and seeing-eye/hearing-aid dogs are prohibited to be carried to the UK as unchecked baggage in the cabin or as checked baggage in the cargo compartment. They can only be carried from the UK as checked baggage in the cargo compartment.
