For the cabin, no separate mention of brachycephalic or banned breeds was found in the «萌宠飞» materials — the only restriction found is by species (dogs/cats). A full breed list may exist only inside the in-app application form (not accessible without installing/logging into the app), so the cabin flag is left false with a recheck recommendation.
