STARLUX Airlines carries dogs and cats in the hold up to 50 kg. The service is paid: 300 USD per flight. The pet's place is booked in advance — at least 24 h before departure.

Snub-nosed breeds are not accepted in the hold and in the cabin. A separate breed ban applies to 16 breeds. Direct flights reach 13 countries, but flying there and taking a pet are different questions: the destination country has its own entry rules.

Ordinary pets are not accepted in the cabin at all — only service dogs, and for them carriage is free: «STARLUX Airlines permits service dogs in the cabin free of charge to assist passengers with physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or mental disabilities.
All other pets are strictly prohibited from entering the passenger cabin».

Dogs, cats and rabbits are accepted as checked baggage in the cargo compartment (rabbit falls outside this project's pet_types schema, only dog/cat are reflected).
Combined pet+container weight not over 50 kg (110 lb); container must be rigid IATA-compliant plastic with a single door, no wheels, absorbent-lined bottom; sum of three dimensions ≤ 292 cm (115 in), calculated via formula L=A+1/2B, W=2C, H=D based on the animal's measurements.
Max 2 pets per seat-occupying passenger (excluding unaccompanied minors).
Service offered only on STARLUX-operated flights, unavailable on interline segments with other carriers.
Requires contacting the customer service center or web form at least 24 hours (1 business day) before departure and a completed "Passenger's Declaration for Live Animals (Baggage)". Minimum age 10 weeks, pregnant animals not accepted.
Phoenix, Arizona, US: acceptance of pets as checked baggage is prohibited April 1 - October 31 due to heat — a seasonal restriction limited to that airport, not the whole network.
