The official text (identical in the English page and the Chinese PDF, in the 'general provisions for small-animal transport' section, which applies to Shenzhen Airlines' animal transport as a whole, not only cargo) excludes brachycephalic/short-nosed cat and dog breeds and their hybrids: 'cats and dogs and their hybrids with... those in short nose series' / '易发生呼吸问题及短鼻系列的猫和狗及杂交品种不予承运'. It also separately mentions dogs of breeds banned under the local 'Regulation on Dog Management in Shenzhen' (深圳市养犬管理条例) as unfit for transport, but no named breed list appears in the documents we checked — banned_breeds is left empty rather than guessed.
