The carrier does not accept pets in cabin or hold on international flights, so the breed flags are set to banned — a consequence of the general refusal, not a separate breed rule. Exception: certified service dogs. The list appears on the official page for the 'pets in cabin' program (which applies only to domestic nonstop flights within mainland China) as a non-exhaustive example of brachycephalic breeds: '短鼻犬类宠物包含但不限于：猴面犬、波士顿梗犬、拳师犬、斗牛犬/牛头犬、巴哥犬/哈巴犬等' — 'short-muzzled dogs include, but are not limited to: Affenpinscher, Boston Terrier, Boxer, Bulldog/Bull Terrier, Pug/Pekingese, etc.'. No official cargo breed ban was found because pet cargo transport is not offered at all (cargo.allowed=false).
